Employment
Contractual employment is a contract in which an employee agrees to in order for them to be accepted as an employee either permanently or for a short, contracted period, perhaps for throughout the production of a video game. Contractual employment lays on top of set rules and guidelines and often deadlines, an employees contract will include working hours and their set role in a business and what is expected of them to produce in a business.
Development
Contractual development is a business's contractual agreement to complete a project in a business to a specific standard and includes everything that they must cover, both legally and ethically and in order for the project to be complete. The development has to be completed in order for a project to be finalized, for example a game must be completed to contracted standards, before it can be released to make money from sales.
License
The license holds permission to use things like branding and near identical relevance to a well know franchise or project, this license is needed to make any reference to a franchise and has set rules and guidance in the contract, stating what needs to be done to keep a project relevant to a franchise and what exactly can be used from the franchise.
