Franchised Ip is a massive range of franchises that represent one idea and from one specific idea, many other ideas are generated and different adaptations of the original idea are created and expanded, leading to a long line of creations, relevant to one specific idea, creating the franchise. There are different types of franchises, such as serialized Original IP and licensed IP.
Serialized Original IP
Serialized Original IP is a franchise created from scratch, a franchise that has developed overtime that may have been inspired by a previous creation or unique and a franchise that carries out it's own identity.
One example of serialized original IP is the Max Payne franchise, which was inspired by old novels and developed into a line of video games and movies over time.

Licensed IP
Licensed IP, is a franchise that has originated from an idea and licensed, by licensing a franchise, i order for it to be used by another company , they have to be given permission, therefore being a licencee, allowing them to make their own mark on the franchise and for their creation to get recognized easily. One example of licensed IP, is the Batman franchise, a franchise that I have grow t love over the years that is always growing and giving birth to new creations.
